We are running latest Mozilla from the IBM download site for AIX running in 32bit on IBM P6 processors. Have X11 Xservers running on Barco display cards. Other applications work fine until Mozilla starts, then our windows turn funky colors (almost inverse). This appears fixed in other releases (Bug 160405). Color map full?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have our software running.
2. Start mozilla from command line.
3. Background windows go funky colors, when focus is switched to them they look okay.
Actual Results:
Funky colors

Expected Results:
Normal colors

We are upgrading a legacy system so we need to run AIX in 32-bit environment. We basically only need the browser to display simple html, so Mozilla is kind of overkill, but it is what replaced netscape. Netscape supposedly had on option to use the local colormap or reduce to 64 colors, but cannot find similar ability in mozilla.

pkw: Do you happen to know anything about such a problem?
GTK2 builds needs a direct or true colour visual X server on AIX.
