For attachment downloads, we need to not offer to remember the choice (because we aren't supposed to), and fill in the correct helper-app to make the users life easier.

Good catch - modifying this one.

It is not hung up on that bug.  They are two different issues.
It looks like we already offer the correct helper-app for attachments.  Is there some subtlety here that I'm not seeing?
I'm guessing this bug was fixed/feature was implemented at the same time as Bug 470514 was.  Anyway, we are now clearly filling in the correct helper app for attachment downloads.
