Right click a page and you're offered this very strange option. It makes very little sense having it there cluttering the context menu. It should be buried into some obscure prefs dialog.

Somebody certainly reads from right to left but nobody changes their preference too often!

I am not going to close this bug, but please consider this:

David's primary language is Hebrew. But he also knows a few other languages, including English.
So each time David goes from an English web site to Hebrew, you want him to go into "some obscure prefs dialog"?

Please consider.
This is something an extension should take care of. There are _millions of people_ with no use for this functionality.

is this still a valid bug? when i went to a page in Hebrew i can't see this dialog in the context menu.
maybe you can give us more detailed steps to reproduce the problem.
