What is this bug for? It's not useful to me, and just adds dependency noise.
Bugzilla is becoming huge and difficult to search. So

very much helps to avoid duplicates on VIDEO UI bugs.

Example:- If you checked the URL, you would not have created Bug 476973, which is same as Bug 475463. I have created it a week before, ie soon after Bug 462113 was landed. And even discussed with Chris and provided STR (Bug 475463 Comment #2).

But if mozilla.org policy is not create tracking bug for this, please let me know.
