471128 - Divider between message list and message body stops react to dragging command

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take a received mail which has huge number of adressee.
2. Click the "+" button near the list of recipients to see all of them. The divider automatically moves up to show as many email adress as it can. In the given case the place is not enough to show all the recipients (huge xmass spammer :)
3. Try to drag the divider, which divides the message list area from the message body area to see more from the lists of mails. It doesn't moves.

Actual Results:  
The divider stops reacting to drag command.
