also when emailing someone or responding someone the mail is saved in the received folder and should go to send mails folder...

There is no folder structure in the pop3 Protocol and importing is impossible.

Where responded and send mails should be stored can be selected in the Account options (Tools/Account settings/server/copys & Folders)
