This bug seems to result on pages that have a form (I was on www.google.com).
After going to the 'view' menu and selecting "increase font" twice, the cursor
in the text field disappeared (although I could still type).  Additionally, the
left-hand page "my sidebar" was resized to it's default width of approximately
200 pixels each time the page loaded.  I regularly have it set to be nearly
invisible.

I tested this in 2000-08-18-08 Win32 build.  The menu has changed.  
When I went to www.google.com, the cursur in the text field does not disappear at selecting menu View | Text Size -> Largest.  I could not reproduce this in the build with Winnt 4.0J.

i cannot reproduce this using comm build 2000082304 on win98, marking as wfm,
