this problem happend to me when i install bitdefender total security 2009....when closing firefox told me that firefox.exe has been crashed,and chek online solution for problem.

Can you follow the instructions here https://developer.mozilla.org/En/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_for_a_bug_report . The windows crash information isn't really so useful.
If you have BitDefender installed then go to Tools->Add-ons->Extensions, disable BitDefender 2009 AntiPhishing Toolbar and restart Firefox. This will probably prevent Firefox from crashing on close (after the restart).

It's great that you reported the bug, but we need to move the bug toward some  resolution with your help.  Please provide additional information using the previous detailed hints mentioned in the bug.

If on the other hand you no longer see the problem, kindly close the bug by setting status to RESOLVED and change resolution to WORKSFORME.  Thanks.
