4724 - Selecting a message thread does not high-light the entire thread

Actual result:
1. In the Compose window, click on a message thread in the Thread pane, it only
high-lights the selected column such as subject, or sender .., it does not
select the entire message.
Expected result: It should select the entire message, with high-lights in bold
text or background color.
Note:
I have asked  Scott M. to see if I should bug this.  He says it is not
implemented yet but it is OK to log it as a reminder.

I'm marking this as M7.  It's one of those things that if it turns out to be
easy to do before then, I'll do it.
