Trying to copy (not link) a test case from one plan to another failed when the field 'Default Tester' was empty. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a test plan -> test case which has a empty 'Default Tester' field.
2. Select (rt-click) 'Copy or link case to a different plan..'
3. Select 'Create copy' option and 'Submit'.

Actual Results:  
Test case did not get copied to a different plan.

Expected Results:  
Test case copied to a different plan.

Repeat 1 - 3 with a valid user name inserted to the test case 'Default Tester' field. Copy will succeed.
Linking to the plan works with or without a value for 'Default Tester'.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
