I am using latest v of firefox (3.5). I use to hibernat my pc after hibernate when i run firefox it use upto 160 mb of memory for only 3 tabs.
This problem doesn't appear if hibernate is not used

Can you reproduce this in safe mode http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode and with a new profile http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#Make_a_new_profile ?
