As we've determined in the various feeds: bugs

1) feeds: is not, as we thought when writing the feedhandlers, someone's idea of a shorthand for feed:https://, and, therefore, our feedhandlers do not support handling real-world feeds: URIs, were one to encounter them;

2) When setting one of our feedhandlers as the default feed app, we do not set the default OS feeds: app to our feedhandler; and

3) We never emit feeds: URIs from the Camino UI.

Therefore, we have no reason to keep the bogus feeds: (non-)support in our feedhandlers, and removing it is also essentially a no-op.
