An then the new tab stays empty an uses the previous tab instead of the new I have created. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Firefox 2. CTRL + T 3. Say if im in the third tab along from my default when i open when i do a new tab it will change the 3rd tab not the tab ive just made. Expected Results: Gone straight to the new tab instead of the one i openned it in. All im using is, AVG and Google for Extensions and the itunes an microsoft and shockwave plugins.

I don't understand what you mean. STR: 1) open Firefox 2) load google.com 3) press ctrl+T 4) It should open a new tab and switch to the new empty TAB, and you gave 2 Tabs, the first one google.com and the second one should be an empty one. What is not working as expected ? Does Firefox open a new, empty Tab but it doesn't switch to it ? You expect that the new Tab automatically opens google.com from the first Tab ?
Sorry my bad eplanation. For example say i have 4 tabs open. google.com / facebook.com / enemydown.co.uk / mmo-champion when i create a new tab it does he following; google.com / facebook.com / enemydown.co.uk / mmo-champion / new clear tab as expected but say if i was on facebook.com when i opened the new tab when i type for example deviantart.com in the new tab i just openned it would change it on the facebook tab not the new tab i created for deviantart. hope that explains more.
