After creating a new Composer page, the editable area does not have focus.  I 
have to click in the edit area and then proceed with typing.  I expect to not 
have to click to be able to type after creating a new composer page.  This 
problem also causes some of our toolbar items to be disabled initially (due to 
lack of caret?).  We need to fix this for nsbeta3, correctness.
