Hi Gozer,

Would you have a look into into the message (given below) from one of our users.

Thanks Paul.

Andrew sent a message using the contact form at http://www.spreadthunderbird.com/contact.

SpreadThunderbird doesn't seem to be working where I live (I'm going through a proxy right now), my ISP claims it isn't their fault so I'm contacting you.

I live in Brisbane, Australia and I can never get past the main page (I get a blank page), and I was wondering if you could check your logs to see what's wrong.

The problem has existed for a number of months (ever since I first went on the site) so it isn't new.

Thanks in advance,
Andrew.

There isn't enough information in there for me to look into this.

He's seeing blank pages? Can you get him to at least try and report an example of an exact URL he's visiting and experience this with, along with whatever the server's response was (headers especially usefull)

Live HTTP Headers is good for that kind of stuff:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3829

Otherwise, he could also disclose his IP address so I can hunt thru logs, looking for a hint.
Closing for lack of information. Please reopen if you hear back from that user with more information
