Reorder items in this panel. Group 'autosave' and 'save formatting' items in a 
group called 'Saving'.
      If we have the Autosave pref, use:
            Saving
            Recent pages
            Table editing
      otherwise use
            Recent pages
            Saving
            Table editing
Rename "Retain HTML framework" to "Maintain source formatting"
Recent pages: change "Max" to "Maximum"
Rename checkbox to "Maintain table layout when inserting or deleting cells". Fix 
tooltip wording on this checkbox.
Rename delete radio buttons to:
      "Removes the entire cell"
      "Removes the cells' contents"
setting to nsbeta3+, result of the UI review
Keywords: correctness, nsbeta3
Priority: P3 → P4

Okay, I fixed this and checked it in. However, the checkin is missing the 
tooltip fix mentioned below. How would you guys like me to reword the tooltip? 
I'll checkin the last part of the bug after I get some suggestions. Thanks!! :)
