you should see the marked line as first one in the view while it is just outside.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  The marked line is just outside the view

Expected Results:  It should be the first in view

possibly a small error in calculating the view position. I know there was a long
discussion on this a while ago. Pollmann owns this.

Upon managerial request, adding the "testcase" keyword to 84 open layout bugs that
do not have the "testcase" keyword and yet have an attachement with the word
"test" in the description field. Apologies for any mistakes.
