If you resize the file list to 0 you can't drag it bigger anymore.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse your file list
2. Resize one file list to 0( or < 3)
Actual Results:  
File list is hidden and can not be made visible anymore.

Expected Results:  
Minimal size of the file list to be able to resize it afterwards.

Workaround just possible by refreshing the window.
