Bugzilla does not support generating automatic change log files for each product. All information are already give and can be used to generate automatic change logs. Sure there is the possibility to define a advanced search and export the data, but this requires much manual formatting work.

From the example you give, it seems to me you can already do that using tabular reports, then export them as CSV.
