During Send or SaveAsDraft (to IMAP), the SaveAsFile command is also disabled.
It shouldn't, because these operations might fail without reabling the command
again (I had these situations), and then the user has no chance to save his msg
-> data loss.
nsbeta3 nomination. It's a bug, very easy to fix, and having it fixed would help
a lot in failure case.

ops, SaveAsFile in the Composer is *always* disabled. Not yet implemented? IMO,
we should for the case that Draft is on an IMAP server, and that is not
reachable (network error, bug in Mailnews or whatever).

Jean-Francois, do we already have the ability to SaveAsFile and it's just a
matter of enabling the menu item, or do we actually have to implement SaveAsFile?

In my understanding of this functionality, I though that I would have to convert the message in RFC822 and save the 
result but after playing with 4.x, I discovered that all we do is to save the body of the message. Therefore as Editor 
already has the capability to save the content to disk, all I have to do is to call the connect this menu item to the 
editor Save function, it's a matter of few JS lines.

Fixed and checked in. Also I have fixed the Save menu item. Now it repeats the 
last save operation, by default is save as draft.

OK using aug15 commercial build with linux rh6.0, NT 4.0 and mac OS 9.0

OK for fix so that Save menu and button repeats last save operation.

time. However, saveAs Draft of template must be disable during a send operation.

SaveAsFile is enabled in file menu while saving as draft or sending message from 
imap.  I am using 2001-12-10-06 win98 build.  
Are you still seeing this problem that SaveasFile is not enabled? Please 
comment.
SaveasFile is enabled during save as draft and send from imap on linux and Mac 
os X as well.
