Please land this with a check-in comment referencing this bug, describing the change and mentioning the approval. Something like "bug 478660, Strings should have 3 forms in plural rule #7, r/a=l10n@mozilla.com" would work. Please use the fixed1.9.0.8 and verified1.9.0.8 keywords to track landing and testing.
