If I look at page 20 of "most popular add-ons" right now, I see there:

* Silvermel (3,258 weekly downloads)
* LinkedIn Companion for Firefox (2,784 weekly downloads)
* Transliterator (2,754 weekly downloads)
* Locale Switcher (2,757 weekly downloads)
* ViewSourceWith (3,215 weekly downloads)
* Hebrew Calendar (3,205 weekly downloads)
* glowywine (2,738 weekly downloads)
* Add Bookmark Here ² (2,661 weekly downloads)
* Power Twitter (2,620 weekly downloads)
* Inquisitor (3,166 weekly downloads)
* Arabic spell-checking dictionary (3,154 weekly downloads)
...

So the search results seem pretty messed up. I guess that's because of caching, results of the search query and the queries to get information for an add-on were cached at different times - but it sure is confusing.
It's sorted well in the mean time.
