Shockwave Flash 10.0 r15
VSync doesn't work in flash.
Playing HD videos from Crunchyroll run poorly, high CPU usage, slowdowns, etc.

They work fine in the Midori web browser, flash video less than 1/2 CPU usage and vsync works.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Play flash video http://www.crunchyroll.com/media-517302/Natsume-Yujincho-Episode-19-The-Maidens-Circle.html?src_token=now_showing_label h264 fullscreen, 480p is really bad but works great in midori

Actual Results:
lack of vsync and poor performance, high cpu usage

Expected Results:
Smooth video playback
