Hmm, I though there was some code that relied on having a sane viewport rect in widgetstack init, but perhaps that's no longer the case after my last resizing patch.

I tested this on desktop and device. The code seems to handle initialization fine - no visible issues. Using the Talos Ts test I see an avg Ts speedup of 150ms.
