I can attach ".txt", ".png" but all others like ".pdf", ".doc", etc fail

My platform is:

1- Windows server 2003 (with latest MS updates)
2- mysql-5.0.67-win32  (default character set = utf8, fails with any selection.)
3- Bugzilla 3.2.2  (I have set the attachment size to 4M)
4- Apache 2.2


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add an attchement
2. select the file (a pdf file ~ 1.4M)
3. method for determining the content = "auto-detect"
4- Submit

Your MySQL is crashing, which is not related to Bugzilla's code. Also:

That means that you have a bad DBD driver or the like installed. This is probably a support question, which you can ask here on the support-bugzilla mailing list:
