480087 - When size of MozMill window is reduced the editor isn't resized (text at the bottom gets cut-off)

If you open the MozMill IDE and make the height of the window smaller, the editor's height isn't updated too. This leads to a situation where the bottom part gets cut-off and isn't visible anymore.

Seems like there are some more problems with the new editor. After some testing I only have one line available. Hey, that makes it quiet hard to edit 100 lines of code though!

Oh yikes, this has to be from all the resize code I checked in today, im guessing this is a timing issue where the resize code isn't getting called so I just checked in a fix to ensure that it does. Verify?

It's still a bit jumpy when opening the MozMill window but overall the resizing works fine now. Thanks.
