This problem does not occur while using Thunderbird at home. We have a new ATT internet account at our business. Reproducible: Always

This report doesn't contain enough information and bugzilla is not the right place for support questions. You issue seems to be a misconfiguration of the SMTP server settings in Thunderbird. Please use http://www.mozilla.org/support/thunderbird/
