layout-debug and widgetutils use nsIPref interface. We should replace it with nsIPrefBranch and etc. Also, now widgetutils cannot build because nsMouseScrollEvent::kIsPixels is already renamed. We should fix or remove it.
Summary: nsIPref should remove from extension/(layout-debug|widgetutils) → remove nsIPref from extension/(layout-debug|widgetutils)
