This bug appears to be a reappearance of bug 38042 which I reported some time
ago and I requested it be marked as fixed because I thought it might be a video
driver problem in Windows NT. This now appears to NOT be the case. This bug
has just reappeared on a completely different machine, running a different video
card.

The bug is this: It appears that a stray green bar appears under the throbber
for certain widths of the browser window. YOu need to try different sizes of
the browser window for this green bar to appear, but it will eventually, and
once it does, it says up from that point on. This green bar appears to be the
right side of the blue striped background underneath the navigation buttons and
the location combo box, offsetted a bit too much to the right and miscolored.

This bug has now appeared on two completely different Windows NT machines
running different video cards and video drivers. It appears to have reappeared
as of the 2000080220 build. I do NOT think this is a video driver issue, I
think it is a Mozilla issue, since it's happened on several different machines.

Richard Ekle, could you see if this still happens, and if so, attach a
screenshot?

Thanks.
Appears to be fixed. Note that this bug only happened on the "Blue" theme.

You can mark it as closed. I'll reopen it, if it happens again. Thanks.
