483474 - Website: "log out" link should be available on the "create your own" page

Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to https://sm-weave-proxy01.services.mozilla.com/upload
2.Log in with valid credentials
3.After logging in,notice that there is no "log out" link

Expected results:
For a logged-in user,log out link is made available in every page,preferably at the header.

Actual result:
"log out" link not available in all pages for logged-in users.
I am not very sure whether the current user flow is to click on "Designer tools" to reach the log out page,but that is not intuitive or user-friendly.

agreed that this is not the right UX. 

however, if log-out button appears within the "create your own" if a user is logged in, then this is not a blocker.

so to be clear: Ryan, if you can confirm that there is a log-out button on the "create your own" page, then we are fine for this release.

There are no logout buttons or links on any pages. I suggest turning the 'Designer Tools' link in the top right to 'Log Out' for any pages/sections that require a login.

Done, link now says logout and points to https://personas.services.mozilla.com/logout

Logout links are made available while creating a persona.Logout link is not working(tracked in bug 484477).Marking this bug Verified.
