Note to self: the comment 0 asserts happen on reload.  On load, I get the asserts from bug 492163.

This is a regression from bug 480979 part 1.

And this is actually a pretty serious bug.  I wish I'd known about it earlier.  :(

Sorry, I don't have a way who caused regressions with assertions.

It's all good; I don't know that there's a way to deal with that short of Jesse's approach (cc people all the time on assert bugs).
