The contents of layout/mathml/base/src and layout/mathml/content/src should just be in layout/mathml.

Just kill the install rule while you're here, we don't actually use them anymore.

I think mathml.dtd should probably be in content/mathml/content/src for consistency with content/xml/content/src/xhtml11.dtd.
