Summary: slow working → smooth scroll does not work
Version: unspecified → 3.0 Branch
Black Ps, are you referring to the hiccup that occurs when you first start scrolling. I'm seeing the following: <scroll> <pause> <scroll> when I attempt to scroll the page, usually I start the scroll just *before* the page completes its load.
