The table-editing handles show up where the contenteditable DIV would be if it weren't within another DIV positioned elsewhere.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to example URL.
2. Click "testing".
3. Observe table-editing handles' location.
Actual Results:
The table-editing handles are in the upper-left corner of the document.

Expected Results:
They should be on the focused table cell.

This also appears to be a bug in Firefox 3.0.7 under Windows XP.
