Steps:

1 Launch browser
2 From the Sidebar, select 'Tabs|Customize Sidebar'
3 Click on 'Favourites' folder to expand it and select 'Market News' 
4 Click on ADD button
5 Observe that Market News panel gets added again even though it's already 
default listed.

Same problem holds true for Local Entertainment panel from Favorites and From 
Netscape folders.

Reassigning 50 Sidebar bugs to Matt.  I was told this was going to be done 
shortly about two months ago, but it clearly hasn't been.  I think that's long 
enough for all these bugs to remain assigned to nobody.

i cannot even find the tab now.. verified.
