User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2a1pre) Gecko/20090401 Minefield/3.6a1pre Build Identifier: Thunderbird 3 beta 2 When I click [Browse...] in the Choose Install Location, it's a) to click on a nearby folder, or b) to check that most of the path I typed for Destination Folder exists (no typos). So it would be a nice enhancement if the Browse for Folder pre-opened directories in the Destination Folder path. Currently it only does this if the Destination Folder exists. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install Thunderbird 3 Beta 2 on Windows 2. In the step "Choose Install Location", either immediately click [Browse...] or in Destination Folder enter a path to an existing directory with "Thunderbird 3" on the end and click [Browse...]. Actual Results: The installer suggests C:\Program Files\Mozilla Thunderbird 3 beta 2. When I click [Browse...] I get a generic network view at Desktop. I have to navigate to My Computer > C: > Program Files or the path I entered to see if this folder already exists or to select another one. Expected Results: Would be nice if the existing folders in the path in Destination Folder were opened. Note I don't want the [Browse For Folders] tree view to scroll down to this or to select it; just show as much of the path as exists. Maybe this bug belongs in Core component "Installer: XPInstall Engine", but the green help text for that mentions "SeaMonkey installers"
