Clicking on the "Subscribe to RSS feed" link ads a "#" to the url, but nothing happens.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/about/press/archive/
2. Click on "Subscribe to RSS feed"
Actual Results:  
URL changes to:
http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/about/press/archive/#

Expected Results:  
It should have either given me a url to paste into an RSS reader, or sent the browser to the RSS feed itself.

Would also be nice to have a feed icon show up on the home page too.
