like eudora 5, when a new mailbox is created, the left panel should scroll to open the parent mailbox and ensure that the new mailbox is visible.

Reproducible: Always
This request is applicable to Thunderbird as well so I am assigning this to Thunderbird.

To reproduce:
- Use an account that has multiple pages of mailboxes in mailbox list
- In mailboxes pane, right click on an account and click 'New Folder'
- Name folder 'zzzzz'
- Note the folder you created is not visible (it is off the bottom of the list of mailboxes)
- Suggest that the Mailbox list should scroll to display the mailbox just created.
