While surfing the web I came across http://orangoo.com/labs/GreyBox/ and notice that when you click on the "Launch google.com in fullscreen window" option, and you scroll up and down, not only does Firefox 3.5b4pre hog the CPU, but the window flickers as well.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox.
2. Visit http://orangoo.com/labs/GreyBox/
3. Click on "Launch google.com in fullscreen window"
4. Scroll up and down
Actual Results:
CPU usage spikes to near 100% and the screen is a flickery mess.

Expected Results:
Scrolling should be smooth with no flickering and Firefox should not hog the CPU while scrolling.
Tested this on 3.5b4pre Build 20090416044319 on XP SP3 and am no longer seeing the problem that I originally reported.
