test_space_key_pauses_resumes.xul is marked todo() for now, we still need to enable the space key to resume and pause downloads.
This bug is very similar in nature to bug 474622 (Delete -> Remove/Stop) and bug
495545 (Enter/double click -> Open) and affects the same files
(downloadmanager.xul, downloadmanager.js and maybe downloadmanager.dtd). I'd
fix all three in one go (also faster to review).
