Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search?q=stephen3000!!!&cat=all
2.Notice the number of reviews(7)
3.Click on the add-on to visit the details page.
4.Notice the number of reviews here(1)
5.Notice the number of reviews listed besides "see all reviews" list.
6.Click on the link and notice the actual number of reviews present.

observed behavior:
There are 7 reviews for this add-on but the count in details page shows only one.

This is a very old bug which has resurfaced.Refer  Bug 428118.

Attachment: fix review count

This was using a function that only counted reviews by distinct users which was made for the editors cp.  This switches the code to use the totalreviews count.
