Theories include:

* The Windows testers are so far behind that they fall off the waterfall before they exist
* The Tinderbox data is broken

Filed bug 488380 for the overwhelmed talos winxp/vista try boxes (they are currently 12 builds behind in testing and thus do not appear on the 12 hour display of the waterfall.

As for the leopard/tiger talos try boxes they are up and currently testing, but the mac builders are so slow that they are producing builds with start dates over 12 hours in the past - when talos tries to line up results with the build start date it ends up not appearing on the 12 hour waterfall display.

We could not lie about start times (though I think that there is benefit in having everything lined up), but we also need to beef up the available pool of mac builders so that they don't fall so far behind.
