WinCE CAB Application Name should be "Fennec" but is now "fennec"

Right now, the mobile-browser/installer/Makefile.in calls into a python script make_wince_cab.py. That script takes a application name as one of its arguments. Right now, the application name is set to "$(MOZ_APP_NAME)" which resolves out to "fennec" This causes the installation to say "Mozilla fennec". The application name should be set to "$(MOZ_APP_DISPLAYNAME)" which would resolve out to "Fennec", causing the installation to be named "Mozilla Fennec" in the Start | Settings | System | Remove Programs applet on Windows Mobile devices.
