Build:2000081404 M18, mac and linux.

To recreate:

Launch the browser
Change Theme to Classic from the Prefs menu  and press Ok on the dialog
Observe that 'Tabs' button in Sidebar appears at the center rather thaan on the 
right border. On linux, the triangle image is pointing up rather than to the 
right.
Closing and reopening the sidebar once (Edit|My Sidebar) places the 'Tabs' 
button on the right place.

This bug is fixed in all three platforms (Build: 2000-09-05-08-M18).With this 
build, observe that 'Tabs' button in Sidebar appears  thaan on the 
right border. And the triangle image is pointing to the 
right.
