...but it happens on WinXP as well.

This is a spin-off bug from bug 454986. The behavior after the steps to reproduce is attached to this bug. Bascially, layout is broken once the back button is pressed after closing/re-opening a tab that had a designmode enabled page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=454986 . Ensure there's more than one tab open and you're logged in.
2. Open attachment: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=338300 in a new tab. 
2. Drag and drop a number of items around the page.
3. Close the tab (Cmd/Ctrl+W).
4. Re-open the tab (Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+T).
5. Click the back button.
