Can you please switch this to a new mini?

It should use the latest winxp talos ref image.

Reassign the bug to Release Eng: Talos when the swap is complete so that we can
finish the configuration and get it back online.

[backstory - lots of reboot bugs, flaky network connectivity documented in bug 486871]

Does the inventory get a note about the problems ?
