I've tried to install personas several times, but keep getting the same message:

Firefox could not install the file at 
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/downloads/latest/10900
because: Unexpected installation error
Review the Error Console log for more details.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on install...that's about it.

Actual Results:  
I got the message. Every time.

Expected Results:  
It should have installed Personas!

Please can you attach copies of extensions.rdf, extensions.cache, extensions.ini and extensions.log from your profile folder to this bug report. Also if you could look in the error console after an attempt to install and copy the most recent error messages from there that would be helpful.

I could not find the following files anywhere on my computer.

    * extensions.ini
    * extensions.cache
    * extensions.rdf

The instructions at http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Profiles#How_to_find_your_profile should tell you where to find those files.

Thanks. I was able to locate the .cache and the .rdf extension files, but not the .ini. The first two are attached.

Attachments aren't working, but here is the file path.

C:\Users\Natalie\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ekppaqo9.default
