When I Reply-All to a group of people, only the first name on the list gets sent!

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Reply-All to a group email
2. Send email
3.
Actual Results:  
Only the first addressee gets sent the email.

Expected Results:  
Only the first addressee gets sent the email.

When it happens is the list that you are replying to separated by ; instead of , ? could you attach a mail that exhibits the issue to this bug ?
