491975 - Add new setting to highlightline so it can highlight the line number

We have set highlightline on which puts a highlight background on the entire line. Add the ability to just highlight the line number (make it bold).

set highlightline num|bg|on|off

on == both num and bg?

What's wrong with just rolling it all together? Why does the line number highlighting have to be independent of the rest of the line?

ACETRANSITION

The Skywriter project has merged with Ajax.org's Ace project (the full server part of which is their Cloud9 IDE project). Background on the change is here:
