With extensions.checkCompatibility set to false, after applying a compatibility update of an already enabled extension(which originally doesn't support nightly version), add-on manager says: "This add-on will be enabled when Minefield is restarted"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set extensions.checkCompatibility as false
2. Install an extension that is not compatible with the latest version
3. Check for extension updates and apply a compatibility update
Actual Results:
"This add-on will be enabled when Minefield is restarted" displayed

Expected Results:
Nothing

This may be hard to reproduce, additionally, for some unknown reason, at first firefox indicates my DOM Inspector 2.0.3 and Adblock Plus: Element Hiding Helper 1.0.5 as incompatible(actually they're compatible), and when I chose to find updates, firefox applies the compatibility updates.
